I am passionate about helping highly sensitive and intuitive people reach radical self-acceptance and self-love through vulnerability. I enjoy helping people go through the murky waters of their subconscious mind to identify and understand their trauma, conditioning and core beliefs to heal; which allows them to live a more aligned and authentic life. I truly believe that to unlock the abundance of the Universe, you have to be in alignment with your highest self. I am obsessed with human behavior, Astrology, Spirituality and Psychology and this knowledge adds to my toolkit and how I practice.

I'm a Jungian-oriented Board Certified Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor & Registered Art Therapist in the states of CT, IL, NY, PA, TX. I specialize in relationships, adult attachment anxiety, codependency, childhood trauma (emotional neglect, alcoholism, narcissistic parenting), and major life transitions (times in a person's life which call for deep self-evaluation). I use humor, empathy, and alternative methods of healing to help you find your own path in life! While life is at times a Tragi-Comedy, we can walk through the fire and free ourselves from the grips of anxiety, inner criticism and fear of loss.

I research and write about the psychological and spiritual development of aging women and work almost exclusively with older women (40+). I primarily help women who struggle with anxiety, depression, empty nest, trauma, mental illness, or who are seeking psychological or spiritual growth, but I also have expertise in caretaking, chronic illness, and death and dying. I believe each of us is on our own "hero's journey" through life. I have more than two decades of experience in working with a wide range of client ages, but my practice focuses on individual adults only. I utilize a combination of both cognitive behavioral, somatic and sand tray interventions in order to create opportunities to express emotions, find meaning and instill hope for positive change.
