I specialize in helping clients who are seeking a deeper connection to their own souls. Many of my clients struggle with a core sense of unworthiness and a tendency to prioritize others over themselves. They struggle with authenticity, self-esteem, feeling like a fraud, and setting boundaries due to early patterns learned in unhealthy family environments. This can result in feelings of isolation and being misunderstood. My approach is safe and supportive and is trauma-informed and spiritually integrative. I help creative, neurodivergent, highly sensitive, empathetic, and spiritually intuitive clients feel seen, heard, and affirmed.
My therapy approach blends Jungian depth psychology and psychoanalysis with tools from my diverse background as a therapist, tarot reader, bodyworker, yoga and meditation instructor, and social worker. I tailor interventions to each client's needs and goals.
