I have 10 years of experience working with retired military professionals and veterans.
I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of clinical practice, an AAMFT-approved clinical supervisor, and human research experience. I hold master’s degrees in both counseling and in Human Geography. Along with mood disorders and other concerns, I specialize in how technology (including AI, social media, smart devices) is affecting mental health.
I try my best to be easy to talk to, thorough, present, and non-judgmental. I also invite people who are dealing with major life transitions, parenting, mood disorders, people who are struggling with not reaching their life goals.
