I love working with couples, triads, polycules, families, and individuals around boundaries and boundary-setting, religious trauma, gender identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship dynamics, non-monogamy, sex and sexuality, kink exploration, and all the other things that shape how we show up in the world.
I’m a queer, neurodivergent, and wonderful human. My values of anti-racism, queer liberation, body liberation and intersectional feminist theory deeply inform my work.
Our work will be trauma-informed, collaborative, body-positive, kink-positive, sex-positive and systemic in its approach. I draw from Internal Family Systems and Solution Focused Therapy to guide the process. I use brainspotting as a form of trauma processing.
I believe everyone has the right to be human, imperfect, and vulnerable without shame or prejudice. Therapy should be a space where anything can be safely discussed, a space that’s affirming and collaborative, so we can work through all of life's challenges together and help you live your most authentic life.
