I am a body-positive, queer, neurodivergent, and wonderful person. Values in anti-racism, queer and intersectional feminist theory, and body liberation continuously inform my approach to our work.

Our work together will be trauma-informed, collaborative, sex-positive, body-positive, kink-positive, and systemic in its approach. My theoretical approach to therapy incorporates Internal Family Systems and Solution-focused Therapy.
