I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 37 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating substance use concerns, co-occurring mental health conditions, and life transitions. Throughout my career, I have supported women and men across home-based, outpatient, and residential settings as they work toward stability, healing, and meaningful change.
I earned my master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from Langston University. I use a strength-based, eclectic approach to counseling, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for the individual’s lived experience.
