As a relational therapist, I support individuals, couples and families in navigating life transitions and cross-cultural issues, managing mental health symptoms, processing shame, guilt, and loss, improving communication and intimacy, and addressing the impact of systemic oppression on our sense of self and our relationships. Drawing from systemic family therapy, queer theory, and liberation-based healing, I employ trauma-informed interventions with collaborative approach. With warmth and adaptability, I incorporate mindfulness and breathwork, as well as your own resource of healing. I specialize in family system therapy, and issues related to sexuality, intimacy, and trauma.
