Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? Do you have issues in your relationships or conflict in your family? Have you experienced trauma? You don't have to struggle alone for one more day. Let me help you work through these issues so that you can feel better, be happier and reclaim your life. As a therapist, my goal is to help each client rediscover themselves, challenge old patterns, and create a fulfilling life. My desire is to empower clients to see new perspectives and learn to manage their problems effectively.
I focus on helping people grappling with perfectionism, loss of identity, boundary setting, not feeling good enough and anxiety. I believe you are the author of your life story and I want to come alongside of you because I believe that there is much more to your story that we can uncover together to find threads of hope, resilience, happiness and grit.
While I use research-based counseling, I also know that a one size fits all approach will not work, because people have different life stories and experiences. As such I value collaboration, humor, and being present for my clients wherever they are in their journey. If you are ready for change or simply curious I would love to partner with you.
