I personally identify as queer and have become mainly an LGBTQIA+ therapist. I'm passionate about gender fluidity and contributing to a strong future generation by challenging societal norms. I mainly work with folks concerned with anxiety, childhood trauma/abuse, interpersonal violence (IPV) and sexual assault, intergenerational trauma, and self-esteem.
It's so important to me that I practice sensitivity and allow space for you to share your experience in a judgment-free zone. I am somewhat confrontational when appropriate (not in a scary way!) so that I may point out what I am noticing in the present moment, and I'm not afraid to use humor in session!
