My approach to therapy involves a holistic perspective to wellbeing. I aim to foster a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship, attuning to my clients' preferences and needs, and listening empathetically to everyone's unique story. Through a collaborative framework I offer support, ask questions, and help people develop insight to inform action.
