I help people understand why they are stuck where they are and figure out ways they can help themselves move forward in a way that is holistic and realistic.
I believe that in therapy, clients can gain insight about their experiences and relationships, empowering them to make sense of their story. By combining the Enneagram with my systemic therapy framework, I help clients find the strength within themselves to reclaim their story and break from the limitations we put on ourselves.
My role is to help clients better understand themselves so that we can work together to develop ways to manage current stressors. I myself have worked with a professional to better understand my anger and perfectionistic tendencies in my personal life.
