As a first-generation Latina, I am passionate about breaking the stigma of mental health and helping you break through patterns of generational trauma to guide you to discover your strengths. My work is grounded in compassion, community, and advocacy. I approach therapy with cultural sensitivity and an understanding of how identity, family, and context shape us.
