Hello, I'm Julissa Frias, LPC a therapist, here to support you on your journey. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together, we'll work to understand and address whatever challenges you're facing." Typically, I work with adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues. I also support individuals navigating life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and identity-related issues.

My approach is flexible and focused on creating a personalized treatment plan for each individual.
