Using RLT, IFS, and somatic approaches, we work at the level where change actually sticks: the body, the nervous system, the deep relational patterns that get you stuck.
I offer weekly therapy and Couples Intensives — a focused, immersive format designed for couples who want to move quickly through a stuck point or crisis. Intensives are well-suited for couples newly navigating recovery, post-betrayal repair, uncertainty about the relationship or those who've tried traditional weekly therapy and want a deeper breakthrough.

After Abstinence: Community for People in Recovery
After Abstinence is an interpersonal process group for people in recovery from addiction of any kind. We explore the challenges and opportunities of long term recovery including: cross-addiction, managing shame, dealing with craving, healing relationships, cultivating a recovery lifestyle, feeling connection and belonging, developing self-compassion, working through past wounds. This group is open to people who identify as being in recovery from addiction and are seeking support from a community of people in a similar situation.
