I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Starting this journey can be overwhelming, especially when we can feel motivated to take those first steps toward healing but struggle to gain movement. Trauma, stress, and challenging life events can leave our inner resources and authenticity untouched by discouraging our growth. Processing trauma and building an accepting relationship with our emotions and thoughts can make life become more manageable.
I specialize in supporting individuals through challenges with self-esteem, identity, and relationships. By processing family-of-origin trauma, we can address the root of these challenges and foster lasting healing. I also support families struggling to connect. I provide empathy, compassion, and trauma-informed care to all my clients.
I incorporate tools from my training in EMDR, internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), somatic therapy (body-mind), and other evidence-based approaches. Informed by EFT and attachment-focused models, we will build a roadmap to where your emotional pain began (early life experiences, attachment ruptures, and other trauma).
