I see clients mostly for the following: body image & self esteem issues, eating disorder recovery, addiction recovery, trauma healing, anxiety & panic attacks, relationships & dating support (kink and non-monogamy affirming), exploration of identity & purpose, and navigating career & life transitions.
I believe that part of defining and improving important aspects of our lives is to learn more about our core selves (values, interests, personality, behavioral patterns). I utilize an integration of therapeutic techniques catered to each individual (CBT, DBT, EMDR, Somatic therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, creative arts, and more).
