I am passionate about helping adults, of all ages, understand and accept themselves better. We will explore health, aging, relationships, career, and family. Do you have the life you always imagined? We can look at a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, ADHD, depression, family conflict, coping, & adjustment. I address the important connection between physical and mental health. As a life-long competitive athlete, I also work on issues within the sports psychology realm.
I will partner with you to define your goals, identify what may be holding you back from living the life you want, and explore realistic ways to make positive change. I offer a safe, honest, and judgment-free space to share and grow. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, family systems, mindfulness, and somatic approaches.
We will tap into & leverage your many strengths. I bring decades of clinical, research, policy, and real-life experience to my practice & look forward to working with you.
