I utilize a relational psychodynamic approach to our work together. Meaning I believe change happens through safe and healthy relationships, including ours. We will collaborate in identifying realistic, transformative work in therapy. When I see patterns or defenses that are contributing to feeling lost or stuck, I will safely, supportively challenge you.
