For over two decades of work in this field, I've integrated somatic therapy, mindfulness, and traditional talk therapy to help high-achieving women, couples, and professionals navigate anxiety, burnout, and the relationships that matter most. Currently accepting new clients across Connecticut via telehealth.

My clients are high-functioning adults whose inner lives and relationships have grown more complicated than what used to work. I see women navigating demanding careers, complex families, and high standards and couples in the harder moments of building a life together. Alongside psychotherapy, I bring certifications in Brainspotting, yoga, and mindfulness.

The work is direct, body-aware, and tailored to who you actually are. I don't follow a script. Over two decades of this work has taught me that real change happens when the approach fits the person, not the other way around.
