I offer therapy for children, adults, and teens experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, the impact of traumatic experiences, and emotions that feel unmanageable alone. By building a warm, trusting relationship, I help young clients cultivate self-awareness, work through problem behaviors, and build confidence through play, conversation, and creativity. I also offer dyadic therapy for children 0–5 and caregivers to address emotional and behavioral problems and help strengthen attachment bonds. With adults, I tend to work with those who feel stuck, anxious, or depressed and are seeking more vitality in their work and relationships.
My style is relaxed, relational, and good-humored my energy gentle & steady. My primary training is in psychodynamic talk therapy, and I integrate cognitive and mindfulness-based tools when helpful. I've trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and SPACE, a targeted, parent-focused treatment for child anxiety.
