Does it seem like your mind is never quiet? Is it hard to feel relaxed or safe? Maybe you believe you need to hide parts of yourself, leaving you feeling isolated or misunderstood. Perhaps your emotions become overwhelming or difficult to manage, or it's hard to feel truly connected to other people. These feelings are common and can stem from various experiences, including trauma or abuse, neurodivergence, body image or identity concerns, and major life stressors. These feelings can feel very isolating, but you are not alone. Therapy can help you build the confidence and strength you need to feel fulfilled and connected.
In my practice, we explore how your experiences have impacted your beliefs about yourself, your relationships, and your emotional reactions. We focus on both logical understanding and emotional awareness, so you can let go of shame, gain insight into your reactions, and learn strategies to find relief and cope with challenges.
If you are struggling with trauma, the challenges that come along with neurodivergence, or major life stressors, you deserve support. In therapy we will work collaboratively to identify your inherent strengths and use them as a foundation for change. I believe strongly in resilience and self-determination and will tailor therapy to your needs at your pace.
