Becoming a parent is one of life's most miraculous experiences. With all the joy also comes challenges that sometimes new parents are not ready for. We will be discussing a range of topics imcluding; new identity, how to deal will loneliness and even boredom, disappointing expectations, changing relationship with spouce/ significant other, co parenting and more. The group will be supportive and educational and allow parents to connect with eacother and develop relationships.

Beyond Divorce Support Group
Join in this group that is designed for parents who are going through (or completed) a separation/divorce. The power of connection is a crucial element in navigating through a divorce. A safe and non- judgmental atmosphere is created where participants can share their experiences and feel strongly supported. The group focuses on challenging issues for parents during a separation. Topics include; how to effectively co-parent, how to support and talk to your children, stress management and self -care. Participants also learn about resources that can be essential while going through a divorce.
