Hi, I'm Juliet Christensen, a Marriage & Family Therapist and Emergency Medical Technician. I use an integrated and skills-based approach to therapy, blending CBT, Solution-Focused, Strategic, and Narrative Therapy. My areas of focus include relationships, parenting, individuals, LGBTQ+ concerns, and navigating divorce or co-parenting challenges. I typically work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with relationship challenges, parenting struggles, divorce or co-parenting dynamics, and LGBTQ+ concerns.

I'm especially comfortable treating anxiety, depression, communication issues, conflict resolution concerns, and developing parenting skills. My focus is on helping clients navigate life transitions, strengthen connections, and develop practical skills to manage emotional or relational difficulties.
