I have a dynamic yet relaxed style of therapy that is emotion and interpersonally-based. Through our shared therapeutic relationship, my aim is to foster a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space in which we'll explore your concerns. I approach therapy as a collaborative and creative process. We'll work together toward a deeper understanding of yourself and your life experiences through reflection on your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, personal strengths, and challenges. My down-to-earth style is ideal for anxiety, depression, chronic pain, self & sexual identity development, and healing traumatic and distressing life experiences.
I enjoy engaging with young adults, adults, parents, couples & families through a variety of therapeutic methods. EMDR therapy is my a primary specialty. I value supporting individuals of various sexual orientations, religious/ spiritual beliefs, international origins, and ethnicities. I have experience in in a wide variety of therapeutic service settings.
