Evening & Weekend appts-Are you struggling to set boundaries and finding it hard to say no? Do you avoid conflict and put others needs before your own continually? Is your self-confidence low? These are the topics of interest that I specialize in, especially as they relate to anxiety and depression.
Through our work together, you will develop the ability to put your needs first and experience more work/life balance.
Your time is valuable and opening up to a stranger is a very vulnerable experience that I do not take lightly. I feel honored to listen and provide tools shown to improve overall quality of life. I go where you lead me, as this time together is your space to work on what you need to process, and I ask questions, challenge, and offer skills to change.
For the past five years I have been a remote therapist (telehealth services) and a first responder clinician (co-responder) responding on scene to 911 mental health emergencies with my law enforcement partner. Prior to these roles, I provided dual diagnosis therapy in a variety of settings to include outpatient, residential, and jail since 2009.
