My passion lies in fostering a non-judgmental environment to explore your patterns and experiences. I bring a blend of warmth, empathy, and occasional humor to our sessions, helping you process life challenges with more groundedness and resilience. I particularly enjoy working with adolescent clients and adults ages 18-40, and I have a special interest in life transitions, relationships, family-of-origin wounds, and trauma. Other areas of interest include anxiety, people-pleasing, ADHD, women's issues, coping and communication skills, codependency, career guidance, stress management, and self-esteem cultivation.
In our sessions, Internal Family Systems and Attachment Theory inform my therapeutic approach, allowing us to explore current patterns and challenges through the lens of your past experiences. I often integrate somatic techniques and knowledge from Yogic philosophy, Feminist Theory, CBT, and DBT.
Finding the right therapist can be challenging. Through collaboration around your therapeutic goals, allow me to assist you as you embark on a journey of profound self-discovery, integration, and lasting transformation. With me as your guide, unravel patterns and foster the courage to evolve with newfound clarity and self-trust.
