I see individuals, families, and couples with a wide variety of issues relating to mental health and relationships. Everyone is their own expert when it comes to their own mental health and I want to be here to help guide you to be the best version of yourself.
I use a variety of theoretical orientations, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Over the past almost ten years, I have been working as a therapist and have served people who have depression, anxiety, ADHD, couple issues, PTSD, mood disorders, and many other mental health concerns.
I enjoy working with people who may find themselves needing extra support and look forward to going on that journey with them. My supervisor from college once told me to “always try to leave people better than when you found them” and that has been my goal ever since I was a new therapist.
