Hi, my name is Julie, I support individuals and couples who may struggle with trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, and stress. I use a gentle and straightforward approach to help you reconnect, understand your inner world, and feel more empowered in your decisions. My goal is for you to process and overcome the obstacles that pull you back in a supportive and collaborative environment.
My couples tell me I am very neutral, and I agree. My job is never to point fingers but to understand your inner experiences and explore how patterns of moving away from each other show up and repeat in your relationship. I focus on understanding relational patterns, increasing effective and compassionate communication, while creating deeper connection.

The Gardening Club - A Women's Process Group
The Gardening club is an open process therapy group for women from 30 tom 50 years old who have had relational trauma, are looking to engage in self-growth, feel supported, and feel more connected with themselves and others. The group is a safe space to receive support and encouragement, increase self-confidence and self-understanding, process, understand, and manage emotions, explore and understand how you react to others, and practice self-expression and communication.
