I have over thirty years of experience helping individuals, couples and teens with relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, addictions, anxiety, depression and chronic pain.. I work with individuals, couples, families and siblings to break their negative cycles and learn positive new ways of interacting.
I have a special interest in helping people who are needing tools to end verbal harm in their relationships. I help couples recognize the power of their words and the impact they have in their relationships. Verbal abuse is an insidious danger that eats away at the foundation of a relationship. It is important to identify and to learn how to stop it.
