About
My passion for the process of therapy and my genuine interest in your story creates a warm and hopeful environment to begin our work together. I am an active and empathic clinician whose belief in my clients' abilities and strengths strongly informs all aspects of my work. I use dynamic and holistic methods to help clients improve coping tools and address symptoms. Equally importantly, I work with clients to build a deeper understanding of their challenges and strengths, and to build a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood difficulties and trauma. Therapy is a unique and individual process, and I use an attuned and flexible approach to work with each client.
I completed my graduate studies at UCLA, and have practiced in Los Angeles, NYC and White Plains. I obtained a post-graduate certification program with the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
