Holding hope for individuals, couples and families until they are able to hope for themselves is always my goal in my work. If you need a safe space to explore your truth and move toward the best version of yourself, you found that space in my office. My office will provide calm, comfort and support for you in the toughest of times life can throw at you. My bff, JJ, will be my therapy dog sidekick in sessions with clients who welcome him. If dogs aren’t your thing, let me know and he can hang out in his private bedroom! Let’s chat and I will happily answer questions!
My strengths have been evolving over my lifetime and I bring a depth of life experience, professional experience and training to each session.
