I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, and self-doubt, especially those who feel emotionally overwhelmed despite appearing “high-functioning” on the outside. Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from their own needs and are ready to build confidence, emotional steadiness, & a stronger sense of self. Often this includes learning how to stop self-abandonment patterns in relationships and daily life, while developing a clearer sense of self-worth and trust in their own voice and pace.

I help clients reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and build confidence, clarity, and healthier boundaries. My approach pairs evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, somatic & experiential awareness, EFT and AEDP. I welcome clients of all backgrounds.

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to hold everything alone. You deserve support that feels grounded, compassionate, and tailored to your inner world.
