Our inner world is the most precious thing we have. It is honorable you want to create space and time to for your psycho-spiritual health and it shows that your personal development and growth is important to you.
What are sessions like? I meet you where you are, with unconditional presence and support. We exist (always) in relationship to others and it’s through our therapeutic relationship that we’ll work to create the change you desire. I value feedback and always want to make sure we are on the same page and continuing toward the goals that matter most to you.
I welcome people of all backgrounds and orientations. Some topics I work with include: anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, life-transitions, addiction, depression, self-esteem.
I tend to use an integrative approach to honor the needs of your unique experience in therapy. Some of the modalities I weave into our work include emotional freedom technique (EFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative techniques, parts language and mindfulness. I do free consults, call today to set up your first appt.
