You can transform your challenges into wisdom and create an authentic life. My approach is Depth-oriented including Psychodynamic, Existential, Relational and Attachment-based approaches. I am a trauma-informed practitioner.

I treat people as a whole, recognizing the connection of mind, body, emotions and soul, to help you find the root causes of distress. The goal is to achieve insight and integration of parts of yourself you may avoid or be unaware of. Our relationship is the foundation of this work, creating a safe, non-judgmental container for deep exploration to occur.

We’ll explore life history and patterns in relationship, thought, emotion and behavior. Symptoms such as depression are not seen as disorders, but a response to something being out of alignment in your life.
