I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience since 2020. I specialize in women’s mental health, working with adult women (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, identity concerns, chronic illness, sociocultural stress, and trauma. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with expertise in PTSD, C-PTSD, and Domestic Violence. I provide compassionate, inclusive care in a safe, supportive space where clients can build insight, coping skills, and resilience.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic theory, multicultural counseling, and feminist theory.

I believe that every client is unique and deserves access to individualized and integrative approaches to healing. I highly value working with a diverse clientele, and I am committed to treating every client with respect, empathy, and compassion.
