Are you tired of experiencing dissatisfaction and distress? Are you feeling lonely and fearful that no one understands what you are experiencing? Isolation and avoidance can oftentimes lead to further anxiety and depression. Whether it is due to life's circumstances, a difficult relationship, or a transitional time in life, I am here to listen and help. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for working with issues in parenting and behavior management, and infidelity in relationships. I am trained to work with children ages 5+, adolescents, and adults. I provide individual, couple, family and group services.
I have over 14 years of experience in a variety of settings providing care in non profit agencies, residential treatment centers, inpatient hospitals, and private practice. I use a tailored approach, focusing on client needs and desires for best outcomes. I love the opportunity to be creative in my approach, often using art or music as component for healing.

Creative Connections
Creative and Fun 8 week groups to help facilitate the learning of social skills, coping skills, and problem solving skills for 6-10 year olds. Join a positive and supportive environment that can help your child boost their confidence and competency in themselves, and in relationship with others. Adolescent and Teen groups also available to help foster healthy relationships and identity development. Groups are ran throughout the year based on demand and availability of clinician.
