I’m an intuitive thinker by nature, with a passion for mental health. I use research-backed therapeutic approaches that promote lasting change in my clients’ ways of living without requiring years of psychotherapy.
My solution-focused approach is designed with the goal of creating structure that serves and sustains clients outside of and beyond our sessions. I blend evidence-based treatment methods including CBT, EMDR to help you develop and practice tools, resources, and coping strategies for fully-integrated mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
