I work with clients to create a safe, empowering relationship within which to reconnect to what's most important to them. From relationship struggles to individual anxiety, I aim to help clients ground, nurture, and grow.
I approach my work with compassion, humility, humor, and genuine curiosity. I work with clients to feel confident, increase compassion and peace within themselves, deepen meaning in their daily lives, and improve communication and boundaries within their relationships. I believe in the mind body connection and incorporate mindfulness practices into my work.
Now is a time in all our lives that we are needing some extra support, a witness to bear our pain, an uncomplicated, unbiased ear to help us tell and find strength in our story.
