With a license in Florida and Virginia, I believe in providing accessibility to these services, to ALL who need it, not just who can afford it. When we have a healthy mind, we can achieve the overall well being that we are striving for. Many of us feel that we will "never get it right" or that we "are inherently flawed", creating a mindset of failure. Keeping that in mind, I approach each person with a realistic view that is personable and authentic.
I believe if we conquer negative thought processes that are brought on by depression, anxiety, addiction and other traumas in our lives, that we can put one foot in front of the other to make positve progress. My specialty is adolescent/teens, trauma/PTSD and skill building for management of mood disorders.
