I have advanced training in the treatment of relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. My approach is strengths-based and insight oriented, and treatment is designed to help my clients identify and remove barriers keeping them from living their best lives possible.
I am trained at the highest level in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). I am also a certified Grief Counseling Specialist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I also enjoy providing supervision to other clinicians using an integrative model for clinical supervision.
