I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues with communication. My style of therapy utilizes CBT and Solution Focused Therapy. All sessions are personalized to the individuals needs, which I feel is an essential part of the healing process. I will support you as you navigate through your journey to a better place and a happier self.
I also provide equine assisted therapy. I use the farm and horses thru Shepard Meadows in Bristol, CT.
