As a social worker, queer woman, neurodivergent individual, and human, it is so important to me to be constantly learning everything I can from the world and those around me. I firmly believe that at the end of the day, we’re all just human beings doing our best to navigate this hectic world with the tools we have. I obtained my Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and have experience working with teens in mental health settings, people experiencing homelessness, and the NeuroQueer community. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, ERP, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
