We all need compassionate connection to grow and heal, and that is especially important in therapy. I provide a connection that is warm, yet intellectual, making sure to challenge your mind and heart for growth, support, and ultimately deeper relationships. I'm a good match for recovering perfectionists, people with ADHD/autism, anxiety concerns, depression, eating disorders, and those wanting support around chronic health conditions.
I practice from an attachment theory lens, and utilize narrative therapy, feminist theory, and existential theories to support our work together. I can be hands on, providing homework and prompting when it's useful. I use a variety of tools from different modalities, including self compassion, mindfulness, and AEDP frameworks.
I am certified in intuitive eating, and I use health at every size principles as a core foundation of my work. I am uniquely trained in both therapy and nutrition and hold a certified nutrition license (CN). I love to support people challenging diet culture and support them with their own relationship to food and body.
