As a social worker, queer woman, neurodivergent individual, and human, it is so important to me to be constantly learning everything I can from the world and those around me. As your therapist, it is my top priority to affirm to you that you are first and foremost the main expert of your life and experiences. I firmly believe that at the end of the day, we’re all just human beings doing our best to navigate this hectic world with the tools we have. But there are always opportunities to find new tools that help us become better versions of ourselves as we move along. This is your journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
I obtained my Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and have experience working with teens in mental health settings, people experiencing homelessness, and the NeuroQueer community. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, ERP, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Whoever you are, I am so proud of you for taking that next step towards taking care of your mental health. If you feel like I might be a good fit for you, feel free to connect so that we can set up an initial consultation to see how we can work together on your journey.

I love to support clients seeking to better understand their neurodivergent brains. I am extremely passionate about helping neurodivergent folks increase their sense of self after years of being told that they're the problem. In reality, we've been playing the same game as everyone else, but we're playing on hard mode while everyone else is on normal mode. Let's find the tools that work for you!
