My passion is working with children and their families to foster a happy childhood. I believe that all children are capable of wonderful and amazing things. I also believe in the importance of environments and relationships that enable children to blossom and grow.
I work primarily with children, adolescents and their guardians. My focus includes concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD and trauma. More specifically, I am interested in supporting children and families navigate behavioral challenges in school or at home. I draw from principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy and art therapy.
