Therapy can be a powerful place to pause, reset, and begin again. I'm Phase 2 trained and certified in Brainspotting, a powerful brain-body-based modality that helps process and release trauma and emotional blocks. I also integrate DBT, ACT, and CBT, tailoring our work to your unique needs.

I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating complex emotions, family dynamics, trauma, and other challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by pressure, stuck in a cycle of worry, or just plain exhausted, we'll work together to understand what’s getting in the way and develop strategies to create more balance and clarity.
