I work with individuals 16 and over, and couples who are looking to understand themselves and find sustainable solutions to their problems. Whether you are experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, substance addiction, relationship problems, or generally want to feel better about yourself, my approach will help you alleviate your distress, give you the tools to think and perform in ways that promote and sustain your overall well-being, and generate solutions for managing current and future problems.
I specialize in really understanding you through compassion, patience, and focused listening. Using thorough assessment of your whole life picture we get to the root of your problem and identify solutions that work for your unique circumstances. We do this through a combination of individual, couples, or family sessions depending on your situation.
I am licensed to practice therapy in Florida, Pennsylvania, Oregon, and West Virginia. I currently only provide telehealth for clients in Pennsylvania, Oregon, and West Virginia. I am not currently accepting insurance.
