I have worked in various levels of treatment and specialize in helping with anxiety, eating disorders, mood disorders, depression, grief, addiction, family/peer issues, trauma and life transitions. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I use evidence based practices and individualize treatment plans to address a clients specific needs.
