About

Do you feel stuck, stalled, and overwhelmed? Do you feel shame, grief, or isolation? You might feel debilitating worry, have chronic sadness, or even struggle to get out of bed every day. You probably feel lost, unsteady, and lonely. Perhaps you don’t know why you feel so empty and dissatisfied, but nothing you try seems to produce long-term changes. Or, maybe you are aware of a particular issue causing you pain, such as an unfulfilling job or relationship, and carry deep self-doubt or shame. This discomfort is the part of you that is longing for something different. But another part feels unsure and uncomfortable with change.
You're ready for something different in life. Maybe it’s the courage to change jobs, go back to school or uncover hidden shame from the past. Perhaps you want to leave a painful relationship or get out of an addiction cycle. Maybe, you want to be able to get out of bed in the morning, take a shower and feel hopeful about the day for the first time in months.
I get it; it’s hard to make changes, and life can be complicated and overwhelming at times. Let me help you. I offer a warm, compassionate approach while holding space as you uncover areas of shame, grief, loss, and life’s disappointments. Reach out. Take that risk. I’d love to partner with you as you take the next steps in your journey to change.
