I am passionate about utilizing creative modalities for self-discovery and healing. I delight in self-expansion and take my inspiration from the natural world. I seek to help others connect to natural cycles and their own inner rhythms, cultivate nourishing rituals, and move more authentically and openly through life.
It can be uncomfortable to look at yourself honestly and dive into your inner world. I will sit beside you as you navigate the discomfort and will dance with you as you experience the joy of growth and connection.
