I am experienced in working in outpatient and inpatient settings where I support clients in addressing issues stemming from generational trauma, interpersonal issues, grief and loss, co-occurring disorders, and a broad spectrum of mental health diagnoses. I view therapy as a process that requires learning about and applying vulnerability and accountability.
