Accepting new clients for morning and midday sessions!
I work exclusively with females to untangle what is holding them back in their lives, utilizing a straightforward approach to learn practical skills to feel more self confident, improve communication and boundaries, and feel overall more in control. I approach each client with curiosity and empathy, supporting their personal goals in therapy.
I work exclusively with females. I am highly experienced working with anxiety, depression, trauma, communication issues, and boundary setting. These are often exacerbated during times of higher stress. We work together to learn how to manage stress more effectively.
Please reach out with any inquiries you may have via email. If you'd like to get scheduled ASAP, you can schedule immediately through my Headway link under "website" on this page.

Groups
Reconciling with damage done during childhood

In this group, we reconcile the disparity between our parents doing the best they could, with the damage done to us in our childhood. We may love our parents and seek that relationship, but it needs to come with boundaries to protect us from their generational path while raising us. Starting Spring 2025.
